Juan Andrés Misle has an M.A. in Latin American and Hemispheric Studies from the George Washington University with concentrations in security and political science. During his graduate studies, he was an editor at the George Washington University’s International Affairs Review. His research interests include international conflict resolution, transitional justice, migration, and social movements in the Americas. He graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Florida. In 2019, he joined the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) and by late 2020, he co-created RADIO CARECEN DC, a community-based podcast.
